very speedy response with maintenance requests, very nice looking apartment units lived there for 2 years (two lease terms) with maintenance requests normally 1-3 days. when AC went out it was next day awesome office people very friendly and great perks for paying your rent early (early bird special) the grounds are kept up just great place to live

amazing place for the price
I have lived in the 1Br Trilogy for 2 years, and love it. the layout and renovations are great, the grounds are kept up very well, the management seems to truly care about the property, and the maintenance staff is top tier.

Best apartment I've Lived In !!
The management is amazing, I believe Virginia the woman who helped me move in has worked here at this apartment for 10+ years! She is great with communication and helps you in anyway once moved in. I really loved how fast the maintenance showed up for smallest or big things that needed fixing right away. Also very kind. The grounds always look kept up l, which was great for my lil pup to run around. With doggy bags around the complex for your convenience. I always recommend people to live here.... In fact got a friend from out of state to move in ??.. you will not regret living here. Awesome community with great neighbors.

love living here
I love living here. It's clean, well maintained, and very quiet.. well with the exception of my loud children (lol). The office and maintenance staff is always very nice and very helpful.
