The derby’s location is awesome Parking is an absolute nightmare and construction 24/7 it’s downtown what do you expect?
But parking is absolutely atrocious
I originally had to pay for monthly parking at ASU because the absolute lack of it! So 118 a month and 3/4 a mile or 200 a month and park in the building!
The amenities are cool there is a rooftop lounge with grills, pool is north facing and behind a skyscraper so it’s freezing!
On top of that if you have dogs they took away the only... area they your dog could freely access and put chains up because the homeless are trying to sleep under the trees they planted.
Take the trees and bushes that yall planted and put terf in with our key fobs allowing access to the amenity and call it a dog park.

I have really enjoyed my time at Derby. It feels safe, and the apartments are more than adequate. Trash services and front desk are helpful. Staff is constantly maintaining the building with fresh paint and cleaning the floors/sidewalks outside. The pool area is nice, and the roof area is great for get togethers. And the pricing is very good.

The Derby is very excellent place to stay it's clean all the amenities are easily accessible the residents are all friendly. The best thing is the hallways smell good almost every day.
