This place is nothing but headache and frustration. It’s really made me appreciate the little things. Like having hot water or any water at all. Having a cool AC. You are gonna learn not to take little things like that for granted. Here at Biltmore on the Lake they turn your water off multiple times through the month. Whenever you do have water best believe it’s ice cold. Not like the AC. On my side of the complex we don’t get to decide how cold we prefer. The AC is set to what it feels like 78... degrees. Biltmore on the Lake makes sures they keep you on your toes by having that cut on and off through the month as well. Don’t worry though the tenants just had to buy a portable AC or Window AC unit to accommodate our families. The list goes on… thanks Biltmore on the Lake!
