I love the culture here, it's the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and superb customer service. I feel safe and content at Ave... two very important things to feel when you live in central Phx. I'm always impressed with the maintenence and housekeeping crew - they seem to genuinely like their job and take pride in their work. Christie is wonderful, she will drop whatever she's doing to answer my questions. I really can't say enough positive things about living at Ave- so well... managed. For the first time in 4 years, I actually want to renew my lease. You should take a tour if you are looking for an apartment.

From start to current the experience dealing with Ave Sky has been unmatched. The level of care, trust, and transparency Christie handled my move In With coupled with that same level of care dedicated to fostering a welcoming residential community where staff and residence enjoy the experience of each other. I cannot say more how pleased I am to experience a level of luxury that goes beyond physical embellishments it’s a luxurious level of care and attention for both residents and property.

Best luxury apartments!
I absolutely love my apartment! The amenities are top-notch, making it feel like a true home. A special shoutout to Christie, who was amazing throughout the whole process—she made everything so easy and enjoyable. Peace of mind
Great move in and living experience so far. Bay doors to help move in big items, cold water waiting in the room, and nothing but responsive and friendly interactions since then. Compliments to Christine and the team for continuing to be amazing

Nothing above the SKY
First of all, Christie, Taylor, and Clara have made living at Ave Phoenix Sky stress free & luxury. Not too mention the rest of the team continue to make Sky feel like home & flawless. 100% recommend living here. I’m not sure if I’ll ever leave :)
