Serious Safety and Maintenance Concerns — Proceed with Caution

I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience at Arcadia Cove.

Throughout my lease, there were consistent health and safety concerns that were either ignored or poorly addressed:

The pool and hot tub were frequently out of service for extended periods, sometimes weeks at a time, and when open, often poorly maintained.

Broken gates left the property unsecured for days or weeks, creating easy... access for non-residents.

I personally experienced homeless individuals sleeping behind my vehicle inside the parking area—an ongoing concern for both safety and liability.

Maintenance delays were common. For example, it took repeated requests just to get someone to inspect a failing A/C unit during extreme heat.

Communication from management was consistently vague, slow, or dismissive. Promises to “follow up” or “work with you” often led nowhere.

There are better-maintained, better-managed, and safer communities in the area at the same rental rate or less. I recommend exploring other options before committing to this one. Read More

I recently moved into Arcadia Cove apartment and couldn't be happier. The space is clean and beautifully maintained, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. Its location is incredibly convenient, with grocery stores just a short walk away. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend! ??????

We moved in due to the move-in promotion that was advertised to us. Up to 8 weeks of free rent and a 50” TV. I will be honest that they’ve honored the free rent, however we have been here almost half the time of our lease and we have not seen a TV nor have they been in communication or responsive on when we will be receiving the TV. It is the principle of the situation and it shows some lack of credibility between landlord and tenant.

With the previous issues we’ve have for almost a year from the constant gate issues that resulted in safety concerns for us tenants, and amenity issues, we now have routinely plumbing issues and yet hours of disruption. It would be nice to have all these issues resolved at reasonable efforts that don’t involve any major inconveniences for us. With the amount we pay in all service charges; it seems the level of maintenance is always at a minimum level that requires maintenance almost once or... twice a month of water being shut off or the main building alarms going off all hours during the day and night. I cannot wait till I can leave this place! It's quiet, I will give it that. I've lived here for only 4 months. I've contacted maintenance at the very least 3 times per month. Sometimes things get fixed, sometimes not, only to call them back. And to talk to management about any uncontrollable loud dog and the owner who doesn't care who lives above me, goes unnoticed. October can't get here fast enough!
