Moved in 2013 and have had no issues. Staff is friendly and maintenance gets done in a timely manner. It's a nice quiet and safe complex. Gates are kept closed 24/7. I like that the apts are accessed via an air conditioned hallway and not directly to the outside.

you should think twice about moving her. the staff aren't friendly and lazy, when i was bout to end my lease they tried to figure out how to bill be for $300. and my water bill was never over 70 per-month , per-bill rent bill cycle. Im most 100% certain if you move here and get locked into a lease you will either move out before the lease is up or won't be staying around for re-newel. beware the place is poorly managed and well its not worth no where near the money they are asking per month.
