Mold in the bathroom, major leak in the bathroom ceiling and they "fixed" it....but it's only half finished and not up to any sort of building standard as there are still HOLES IN MY SHOWER CEILING - but the 'maintenance' marked it as completed. empty tequila bottle in the filthy kitchen when I moved in so obviously they didn't clean it AT ALL. Nickel and dime you for everything, and you have NO CONTROL OVER YOUR OWN A/C IF YOUR UTILITIES ARE "INCLUDED" - SAVE YOURSELF SOME MISERY AND GO... ELSEWHERE.

Do NOT move here!!!
Roach issue within 2 weeks of moving in. Office staff changes rapidly and they REFUSE to deal with roach issues. Woke up with several in my bed a couple hours ago. Beyond livid. They do not uphold the lease, there is a clause about finding bugs and needing to report within 3 days. Discovered during “clean out” that my surrounding neighbors are infested BUT NEVER reported. Apparently I am the “problem” child as I have been told on several occasions that I am the only one to complain.

Absolute Trash
Nothing works, cockroaches everywhere, the dog poo smell, broken glass everywhere noisy neighbours and what is worse they have not turn on the air. Run far away from this place.
