The management office and their corporate office have consistently failed to respond to tenant concerns or adequately address ongoing issues. Even after concerns were raised with the County Inspector, meaningful action has not been taken. The inspector even arrived at the property due to the lack of response.
If you're considering living here, take a tour of the property and notice the numerous rat traps throughout the community. they speak for themselves! The rodent problem has become so... severe that you can find nests and baby rats beneath many of the bushes around the property.
Prospective tenants should carefully consider whether this is the type of living environment they want before signing a lease.

Roof Rats AND Pack Rats
DO NOT RENT HERE!! This community has an ongoing roof rat and pack rat infestation that management has failed to adequately address. Since January, management has been aware of active rat nests, burrows, and tunnels throughout the property. Despite numerous complaints from residents, the burrows have not been properly filled or eliminated by maintenance or Burns Pest Control.
The situation has become so concerning that some tenants have resorted to climbing onto their own roofs to seal entry... points after repeated requests for assistance went unanswered.
Residents deserve a safe and sanitary living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here and can not even walk our dogs due to the rats taking over the sidewalks.

No After-Hour Support & Poor Customer Service
All these reviews about the staff, technology package and grounds is spot on! Unfortunately…. If you work from home, do not rent here. If you do you will need to invest in a great hotspot. I attached a photo of the current satellite that feeds the entire community which is why you will need another streaming provider. Yes, it’s always open like this. To top it off, there is no emergency contact or support. Your AC goes out on a Friday, you will have no one contact you until you GO IN the office... after 9am when they open. They will not pick up the phone or return calls. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Even in this heat. I’ve also heard dogs are getting sick from the grass being over watered filled with bacteria. Thank goodness I don’t have a pet!
