Roach infestation, bed bugs, ticks, the sign on the side of the building says “experience a new level of living” it’s because you’ve never lived with so many problems. If you sign the lease look across the street to the rusted out jungle gym, and 2 rotted swings they call a playground and understand that that is the same level of care your apartment has been receiving. They say the price is comparable in this market, but those apartments have actual amenities like a dog park, gym, a working... vending machine, this place has none of that and still think they are worth it because they put a shiny new sign out front and painted the doors yellow. Don't believe the positive reviews. Most are written by staff trying to make this place better then it is. Apartments are not worth the price. They are way over priced. The loft is renting for more then the three bedroom ones should so you can imagine the ridiculously high price they want for those.

READ BEFORE DECIDING

I lived there for 2 years, one year was because of the pandemic. I had become very good friends with the neighbors throughout the years and had my fair share of experiences there. I will break down everything into sections.

Apartments themselves:
Pros:
Comes with washer and dryer
Decent price for the size
The apartments are very spacious for the 1 (both 1
bedroom layouts) and 2 bedrooms but the 3 bedrooms seem very congested, at least that’s what the occupants that live in... them have told me on multiple occasions.

Cons: first and foremost they are INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Like I said before, I became close to many of the neighbors and everyone of them had issues with them. I have never lived with roaches in my life, we were always clean and got sprayed on countless occasions and no results.
This next one is not aimed to belittle any worker at the flats; but they do bandaid patches on any maintenance.

Neighborhood:
Pros: for the most part the neighborhood is extremely friendly towards each other, or they mind their own business. Regardless both I seem as a good thing. There is always parking available.
It is a very quiet neighborhood, especially at night, the Neighbors’s respect one another. There is not much trash laying around, maintenance does a good job at up keep.
Trash comes 2 times a week
I see this as a pro, some may not, but there are always kids playing together outside so it shows the safety of the neighborhood
Pool is hardly used

Cons: people do not pick up their dog poop, so going
To the little grass parks are kind of nasty.
There were a few dangerous moments; but those works were out of the apartments control.

Staffing:
Pros: very responsive
Maintenance staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Never really had a bad time dealing with the ladies up front, they for the most part are professional and respectful towards the people living there.

Cons: THEY WILL TURN THE WATER OFF WITHOUT WARMING! That had happened once a week for about a month straight and when confronted one of the staff in the office had gotten upset with me.

Overall review:
This place has tremendous potential but definitely does not live up to it. There are not only roaches in the apartments but they are also in the parks at night, they are massive ones. So regardless of how clean you are, the chances of getting roaches are very high.
The neighborhood are the best part of this complex.
