The staff is amazing at the property. I have had such great experiences with the front desk girls Audrey and Brittany. Alongside with the maintenance staff, Hector, Juan, Joseph, Tyler! They are fast to help and respond. Thanks Vista Valley!

I’m writing this review as Vista Valley has wrongfully sent me to a collections agency when I’ve always paid any balance I’ve had in full. When I contacted management to discuss the charges, I sent the requested documents and my account has yet to be corrected. I moved out in 2021. The level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement is appalling. Here is a snippet of my previous review and experience:

Throughout my time, I've had to have the refrigerator and dryer replaced- both took over 2... months. The refrigerator took 6 months to be replaced due to going back and forth with maintenance and management about the condition of the fridge. My refrigerator had maggots or some living insect reproducing INSIDE the fridge. I had to threaten to contact Maricopa Housing Authorities for action to be taken. I wouldn’t recommend living here. I had a ton of water damage in my unit, appliances falling apart and my AC took 3 weeks to fix.

Second time interacting with a particular leasing employee. Each time I have felt belittled and disrespected. I will actually be avoiding her the next time I have to go into the leasing office. I would not want her representing my business or interacting with customers. 0 stars for this young lady and her customer service. Do not invest in this complex and their incredibly rude, thoughtless employees. 10/10 do not recommend.
