Great property….. I’ve lived here for many years. Happy to call it home. Well kept and beautiful. Staff responds to request promptly and their communications are always courteous. There have been a very few things I’ve needed help with and have never had an issue where I’ve had to place an additional call or request. Very pleased. The staff on the property have been easy to communicate with and are very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property

We have lived her for over 5 years and all of it has been great, but now with COVID going on, since these apartments are government subsidized, they have to follow government restrictions to the point that they will not come fix our dishwasher!!!! I support the importance of social distancing and wearing masks, but this is crazy. I’m not one to typically get mad, but this is stupid!!

I have friends who lived here 8 years ago. When my fiancé and I decided it was time to get our own place, the groves were our top choice. It's income restricted so we can actually afford it. The only downside of income restricted apartment, all the hopes we had to jump through. It took two weeks for the office to find out if we were approved. Once we were there were a few problems with the apartment from the previous renters. The maintenance man is awesome. Can usually fit in a work order same... day. I love living here. We heard about this place from a friend after we moved here about 7 years ago. We decided to check it out so we did and it looked to be in a nice area within distance from all the stores. But the only thing was the long waiting list to get in which we thought would be forever. But long story short we finally got the opportunity to move in and since we've been here the past year we made the right decision to give this place a try and couldn't be happier. We love these apartments but there seems to be a lot of scorpions. The people are great and attentive and the apartments are clean and well maintained. Fun for kids with play grounds and pools. Plenty of kids to play with.
