Great little apartment complex if you're looking for a chill one-bedroom in Mesa.
The new manage Marisol is super professional and responsive. Maintenance is attentive as well.
Pools are blue and clean and never overcrowded.

If you feel like wasting your money on a tiny condo with no amenities this is the place for you. The front office manager at this property was recently changed and this place has gone down hill FAST. The new lady in the office is beyond rude and raised rent by about 50% saying it was to compete with surrounding complexes that all offer amenities this property does not (w/d in unit, gym, parks, etc). She’s not in the office any more than the previous manager was but at least emergency maintenance... requests were answered by the previous manager. I had a flood in my condo and apparently that wasn’t enough of an emergency for her to call a plumber right away she instead said “well the maintenance guy isn’t in you’ll have to wait until he comes tomorrow”. I had to call multiple times the next day she returned none of my calls and then finally after calling the emergency line 3x I got a call back saying someone was on the way. Not to mention I went by multiple times within business hours and she’s not there but claims the rent increase means someone will be there Monday-Friday 9-5 now yet no one is there and my message still has yet to be returned. The lady wasn't the easiest to contact at first, but just call and the lady will give you her cell phone number. She is a busy woman, but I must say she is one of the kindest and most caring people to work with. She wants to make sure you are taken care of, she already has helped us a lot even with the short time we've lived here. This place is a very nice and quiet place to live!

For the past week I have gone by twice at 4pm and they have been closed. I have called 3times and every time I have to leave a message and have not had a response. Poor customer service
