I moved in here in December of last year and felt compelled to write a review on my experience. I have lived in the area for a few years now and watched these be constructed over the last year. I really love the midcentury modern style townhome and it was exactly what I was looking for. The leasing agent was super friendly and let me look at a couple units to find the one I wanted. It’s perfect for me and my dogs and they even have a dog park! The community is quiet and all the neighbors are... very nice. Every month they have community events which is a fun way to get out of the house and meet the neighbors. I’m so thankful I was able to move in early and get my pick of where my home is located. Overall I don’t have anything but good things to day about the team and community!

Townhomes with style
When I toured here I didn’t know what to expect. At first I thought they were for sale but as it turns out they are townhomes for rent! I toured when they first opened and really loved the style of the community and amenities. You really have everything here without having to leave. I had to wait for my lease to end this year but I’m moving in next moth and am so excited. The team is super welcoming and have been very responsive throughout the whole process which is rare with apartments. I just... know my kids will love the playground and playing in the green grassy areas. We have never had this much space in a home.

Keep Looking
Please don't rent at The Douglas ever, if you care about your mental, emotional, and physical health. Short version management lies, it takes a few per request to get things done, and Internet is trash. Also, while living there they could afford their trash pick up bill, which is included in ur rent.
