Great location, large townhouse apartments
Great place to live. Newly remodeled. Feels more like a townhouse than an apartment. Quiet property. Nice management.

Spacious apartments in a great location
These are really big, townhouse-style apartments that have just been rehabbed. Great location close to the stadium and all the best sport events, restaurants and parks. Fantastic place to live

Free lunch program
We have such a great staff here and maintenance is on top of things!! Everyday someone is always willing to help. Plus the staff set up free lunch and breakfast for our kids!! We all love eachother and the staff.

Home at Town Square Courtyard
The second I walked through the doors to talk about availability and cost, I was afraid it'd be cold and unfriendly like every other complex ive visited. But Cidy the manager, makes you feel at home and helps you get everything done and ready to move in quickly. Best thing is they go off your income, to make your living more affordable. Not only is the staff nice, the homes definitely have been well kept. Its definitely a place for families, its quiet and kid friendly with a playground that gets... used often. The location is great its right down the street from the heart of glendale. Lots of shops and resturants just a short walk away. I would recommend these townhouse to anybody.
