Roach infested upon move in, hot water hardly works and is off a few days each month. They try and charge hidden fee’s and will remove them once confronted. Black mold issues haven't been resolved, and we’ve been missing our smoke detector for weeks

This is my first ever apartment. It was honestly fine for the first few months, minus the pool being dark green for the entire summer. There are roaches, but they are small and I used traps to keep them at bay. I’ve been here for 8 months now. My AC has been broken since November, hot water went out, my kitchen light fuse box broke, and they do not care. I have called and emailed multiple times and haven’t heard a single thing back. Not worth the “cheaper” prices.

I hate living here and management sucks. They know there’s a cockroach infestation but will evict people for having roaches. This place is runner by a Sumlord…

DO NOT GIVE IN. The bad reviews are very accurate. there is ROACHES, pay attention. they are always active in dark areas, at night. You may miss them at first. It is a known issue and they do not treat the whole complex. ROACHES EVERYDAY!! wish i was kidding too. They try and take advantage, find cheap ways out and it’s truly SAD! people pay to have a home and dealing with roaches, having bad maintenance who take months to fix issue. bad management and front staff as they never respond or answer... the phone. I was not able to see my apartment two different times I asked before move in and the day of, it was still not ready, no keys and DIRTY when moving in!!! GNATS IN THE FRIDGE, then they state they will change the fridge, come back after two hours and STILL GNATS. Laundry facilities which is also GROSS. never cleaned. nasty liquids, dirty water always left in machines. the dryers ruined my clothes! leaving a hard black substance on them. the prices are low for a reason. CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER. protect your self and belongings. especially if you have babies or children. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all. pool is always green. It’s overall truly disgusting and you would think things would be maintained as it’s suppose to especially because people pay to have a home and you get this!!
