I lived here for 5 years and am now in the process of moving back, which honestly says everything about how I feel about this apartment complex. It has always been amazing to me.
Any maintenance request is handled the same day, or at the latest the next day, which is something you don’t find everywhere. The grounds are always clean and well kept, and the office staff are consistently kind, understanding, and genuinely happy to help.
I was really excited to apply to move back in. I’ll admit I was... a little hesitant about paying the deposit before being approved, but this place is absolutely worth it—and I’m so glad I did, because it made the whole process much smoother.
The office manager, Rosa, is truly an angel. She helped me every step of the way, even when I changed my mind on units more than once. Moving across state can be stressful, but I’ve never felt more supported, cared for, and secure throughout the process.
If you’re unsure whether this is the place for you, it’s in a great location—right near Peoria 83, the mall, and Westgate—and the area is nice and safe.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone lucky enough to be approved. I only seen a roach once or twice over my 5 years living here and they came up from the pipes. Nothing bleach and a little powder couldnt fix. Read More

"community" lacking gates, keep your doors closed.

Dirty buildings inside and out. Frequent water shut offs and apparently robberies. Looked nice and I was desperate. Id attach screenshots if I could.

Such a clean and quite community, apartments are very nice and spacious! Great area! Brenda and Janet are fantastic! The rest of the office personnel as well!

2018 lives here 27 years. I cannot afford to live anywhere else. all my medical needs nearby. yes it shows wear and tear here, but they TRY to fix up....not enough maintenance workers for over 300 apts. Increased vandalism lately.
You do get what they say you do in advertisement. 1 review states the staff has changed, and she told the truth about attitude bad.
