dogs way bigger than the size limit, leaving their poop in the grass.
a couple break-ins nearby first in cars then in vacant units.
"community" lacking gates, keep your doors closed.

Dirty buildings inside and out. Frequent water shut offs and apparently robberies. Looked nice and I was desperate. Id attach screenshots if I could.

Such a clean and quite community, apartments are very nice and spacious! Great area! Brenda and Janet are fantastic! The rest of the office personnel as well!

2018 lives here 27 years. I cannot afford to live anywhere else. all my medical needs nearby. yes it shows wear and tear here, but they TRY to fix up....not enough maintenance workers for over 300 apts. Increased vandalism lately.
You do get what they say you do in advertisement. 1 review states the staff has changed, and she told the truth about attitude bad. That is SAD' They did offer to upgrade my apt.,I cannot move all out of it. I found a routine to do when water is off, works for... me. I AM COMFORTABLE here...my home
