Roach invested, leaky ceilings, overpriced. There's a girl with orange hair in the office who has always been rude & spiteful. She refused to give us the move-in special and Dora, the previous manager look into it herself and apply it. The current manager is helpful and I appreciate her, but I don't think she has the ability to fix everything wrong with this place. The vent in the closet was leaking when we first moved in and for some reason there was a fruit fly infestation in the fridge. It... took a while for the vent to stop leaking, but when they started working on the apartment above us, it started leaking again, wetting up everything in our closet, including electronics. It also began leaking in the bathroom vent, right above the toilet. This roach infestation started after our upstairs neighbor moved and has been ongoing for at least 5 months despite 3 bombings and at least 6 sprays. FEES, they will charge you at least an additional $200 / mo in ridiculous fees. NOT SAFE, witnessed vehicle theft in parking lot. The place is run by a large property magnet company they do not care about their residents, your just a # here.

POTENTIAL TENANTS DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! THEY ARE NOT LIES! THE STAFF IS ONLY NICE UNTIL YOU SIGN THE LEASE then you're treated like complete trash. I was sucked in by new management, when I went to tour the property the CAM properties staff assured me that all the... terrible reviews were due to the past owners, they promised fully "upgraded" units , they said the gate would be fixed and they said they were adding a new gym. My lease is about to be over in a few weeks and still NO working gates and NO gym. Their marvelous "upgrades" included new appliances (no microwave) and PAINTING OVER all their OLD cabinets and tubs...yes I said tubs. They painted them a new fresh coat of white to give the ILLUSION of being brand new, during my first shower the paint started to come off now there are spots everywhere it looks so tacky....I hope that's not something they try to keep my deposit for. Would not recommend this to anyone. In two years I have spent numerous nights without ac or even getting a call back. Its infested with roaches and they "put you on the list" but no one comes from pest control. The office is always full of new people and very unorganized and maintenance requests are never fulfilled and are somehow getting lost. There excuse for not getting back to me is that they dont have my number... I've been here for 2 years and have had the same number for 10 years. My ac... has been flooding mine and my downstairs neighbors apartment for over two weeks now, I was told this is not an emergency and that they would be in touch. They dont care about parking issues and dont even know which resident has been assigned which spots. I am way overcharged for an under maintained crappy apartment in hopes that the next manager has their crap together or that I am finally able to break my lease one day due to their lack of upkeep. This is not the best apartment complex in the world but it sure is a helpful one and easy to work with. Inspected some issues that came with the apartment and the landlord got them fixed the next day.
