I was referred here from The George in Mesa since Gilbert was where I had originally been looking. This is a brand new community I didn’t even know about. The team was very nice and took their time to show me all the amenities and possible homes around what I needed and budget. Needless to say I applied on the spot and am excited to move in next month!

New community I just had to tour
I live in the area and had seen these being built for quite some time now I finally decided that I just had to stop in and tour. The team greeted me as if I was a guest at a five star hotel. I was very impressed with the amenities, especially the fitness center and the pool and spa which I am looking forward to taking full advantage of. I love that the interiors they have two different styles to choose from. I really like the woodgrain look in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I feel like it’s... a modern it warm feel that I’m going for with my aesthetic. My apartment faces a serene field with full views from my balcony. It truly does feel peaceful. I can’t wait to move in!
