The ceilings in each room are so thin and old that you can hear every single footstep, piece of furniture, and wood creak from upstairs. At the same time, their terrible staff will house 6+ people in upstairs apartments. For seven months straight, there was constant, loud slams and thumping from upstairs. My roommates and I have lost sleep, had to invest in noise cancelling headphones, and other ridiculous things to just exist in this apartment. Their office staff is deliberately ignorant and... conveniently loses all complaints or requests even when proof is attached. Maintenance will close requests without ever showing up. I have never lived in a worse room. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Worst Apartment Ever!
I will rate this as 0 star. This is the worst apartment ever! If you ever thinking of moving in this apartment I'm telling you right now don't do it! and you will regret it! aside from over price the apartment is old and definitely not worth the money you are paying for. They don't care about you and they are just milking you. Trust me don't move in this crap apartment!

Would not recommend
The apartment has outdated, stained, and damaged cabinets, and is over priced especially because of damage and un-cleanliness at move in. Also the Hot-tub never worked for the entire year I lived there, neither the jets nor the hot water, and it was drained for half the time for maintenance but when they re-filled it, it was still broken. Then when I went to move out they tried to charge me for a bunch of damages I did not do. I got over half of them dropped, but I had to re-send information... that I had already provided and speak with higher management. But they did not seem to care that they had clearly made mistakes in the closing forms for my apartment. Bad business if you ask me, and the worst money-grab I have experienced renting in flagstaff.

Woodcrest
I have lived at Woodcrest for 2 years now and have enjoyed it so far. The staff in the office and maintenance are all really nice and are quick to help. They have free food on Fridays for lunch which is awesome! They are putting in fiberoptic internet right now and its been kind of a headache because they've had to enter our apartment many times to install everything. The nice thing is fast internet and the maintenance people are always with them when they go in so if I'm not here it's not a... big deal. They also gave us a lot of notice about each time but sometimes we had to move our stuff so they could access that spot in the room. Even with this little headache I really like it here and plan to stay for as long as I can. I would suggest anyone looking for good pricing to come here.
