I would definitely not recommend moving in here unless you want to get treated like an 18 year old living in a college dorm the manager does not have any business running a more upscale apartment complex such as trail side we moved and within a week of being there the manager insisted there was trash left outside my door instead of admitting her mistake after I had sent pictures of in front of my door she still insisted that it was me that was the culprit of the trash so she and I had to walk to... my door for me to prove that there was no trash. Moving in and moving out was an absolute nightmare if you have a uhaul or a moving company move you forget about it there is no room for trucks to come unload and stay for more than a few minutes without having to move it. When it came time to move out I was provided a price sheet how much cleaning and hole repairs and things of that nature so I made sure that the apartment was absolutely spotless before leaving as well as the holes I put in were filled all that needed to be done was alittle paint. The apartment was much cleaner than when I moved into it still I only got a quarter of deposit back with no answers on why still I’ve been out of the apartment for over 2 weeks and the manager still has yet to Call back without any explanation on why the hired a “cleaning company” for $175 or why and how it cost $95 to paint some holes. Do not move here it is a waste of money 10/10 do not recommend

Not worth it.
Many of the features promised on the website were never installed and it's extremely pricey to live here.

Beautiful Community!
This community is beautiful, and extremely central to everything there is to do in Flagstaff! The units are extremely spacious and modern! I am so happy living here!
