The price alone is honestly justification enough to move in, but it's also close to everything while still being on the quiet side of town, it feels very communal while still being able to maintain privacy. :) The little house-like apartments are the best things ever, no notes. they're significantly more spacious than all my friends apartments for a fraction of the price, anytime anyone comes over they're always jealous. the mountain is very pretty, and its still far enough away you can't hear... the train unless you're outside- which is an aesthetic plus. Alyssa at the front office is so nice also, but I never see anyone mention her! 5 stars good apartment :)

Millpond Village Apartments Good Review
This apartment complex is very affordable and the apartments are nice for how cheap it is! You won’t find this price anywhere else in flagstaff that’s for sure. The landlords are also very friendly, whether that be maintenance or the front desk ladies. Darlene is amazing and very understanding.

Best place ever!!
The manager is friendly. The community is very nice and has great curb appeal. The office is also very friendly and nice, they are very accommodating. The amenities are awesome, love the pool and all they have to offer. They are working on making the complex a better place. The community is also really nice and calm.

Bedbugs
I found bedbugs within 1 week of moving in. The management blamed me for bringing them and refuses to do anything about it!
