My experience here was unsafe and uncomfortable:

Racial slurs overheard in shared spaces (pool)
Poor air quality, indoor temps up to 85°in the summer (even with the ceiling fan), cold bedrooms for kids
Noise and smoking (marijuana) outside windows at all hours
Security gate unreliable for almost 3 years
Ongoing admin issues and dismissive responses to concerns
Frequent Office Staff turnover
The model apartment has different appliances than the space you... actually rent.
The Fees are high---you have to pay for trash and internet and sometimes they do not pick it up, and sometimes the internet goes out for hours.
The community promotes inclusion via their Fair Housing Stickers, but my lived experience didn't reflect that. Representation is not enough without training, accountability, and genuine commitment to safety and respect.
We're relieved to be moving on and hope management takes feedback seriously for future residents. Corporate is aware of the concerns, and they do respond, but it doesn't seem to change the experience living here. Read More

The people in the leasing office are not helpful, money hungry and don't give care about their residents. They have all theses extra fees for trash,
air conditioning and extra camera fees ( for supposedly security) yet still thefts still occur on the premises. Worse apartment I have ever rented. High paying rent, Arizona is very hot and humid in the summer but this place charges more for air conditioned apartment units versus none, when this should be necessary for all apartments, pool is always... out of service, and during the winter they do not plow or salt the stairs or walk ways, gates are always open for most of the year especially during the fall (big safety concern), anyone can enter the premises. Living here has been a horrible experience to say the least, I don't even know where to begin. They change managers every other month and the consistency everywhere else shows. It makes sense that there are no recent reviews since AMC management has taken over. They are so money hungry, yet for how much they charge and the fees they tack on every month..nothing works! And it a joke to call this place "luxury."

There's dog poop everywhere you step outside, the appliances in my apartment have... been changed twice due to not working, and they are either used refurbished and still dont work. Everything is cheap.
You know the form you fill out to access damages to the unit before you move in? Yeah, they don't pay attention to that when you move out. They charge you for everything anywhere, including things that fall under normal "wear and tear."
They have proved time and time again they could care less about their residents, and only about their bottom line and how much money they can get out of their residents.
The gate hasn't worked in a year, the pool is "closed for maintenance" more than its open.
Anyone I've spoken to that currently lives here, or has lived here all say they would never recommend the place.

We have been here about 6 months and really like the new management company. Lorenzo is an amazing maintenance man who has been fixing many long standing problems. You can pay rent online, which is helpful. There are many owners with dogs and we meet up to let our dogs play together in the dog park every day. A second park would be a great addition! Found these apartments because of their location and unique design. Upon looking at the potential "move-in ready" unit, we found: multiple broken appliances, counter tops that were falling apart, paint on the "hardwood" floor, so much hair and dust it was unbelievable, and even chewed dog toys and baby spoons from the previous owner! The management tried to make amends, but nothing covers up horrid attention to detail and tenants.
