Overpriced, Noisy, and Full of Hidden Fees – Look Elsewhere
If you're considering living here, think twice. The base rent might look okay at first, but once you factor in the hidden costs, it becomes crazy expensive. The pet fee and deposit are a total joke—completely unreasonable for what you get.
You're also right next to the airport, so be prepared for constant noise. Forget about sleeping in or enjoying peace and quiet—it’s not happening.
And don't be fooled by the pictures—floor plans are small, cramped, and poorly laid out. There are much better... options in town from private landlords who won’t nickel and dime you for everything. Would not recommend.
