I have lived at a handful of properties in Chandler, and I've enjoyed Autumn Creek the most. It's very spacious for the price and the staff is friendly.

The prices are good. Location is perfect close to downtown Chandler near my job and I had a great experience when I went to look at these apartments! The 2 bedroom with washer is cute and upgraded!

It’s been 4months and they still haven’t return my deposit… even corporate don’t answer.

The apartment complex was a horrible home to have ! First of all I moved in for a good price which they said I would be paying a certain amount for a upgraded unit . Come to find out that same year the whole place is getting remodeled so my unit was not very upgraded and had fake floor which wasn’t even installed correctly . So many issues with pesticides cockroaches everywhere . Ac broke down . And the Managment wasn’t very friendly after having lived there for a few months. They were actually... really rude I’m assuming that’s why they have temps filling in the position the place is not well kept and landscapers woke me up constantly every morning freaking trimming. The rent is to high for this mess they try to say they are keeping up with competitors but that shouldn’t be the case when rent is basically the amount of a house !!
