this is a terrible apt to live in. this place is infected with roaches &bedbugs & mice. with shooting &gangs . that and loud music playing. they did a little cleanup of the place. but not that much. the gates are still broken. this place sucks.so please don't live here. you will be sorry.

The office staff are helpful, however, that's only if you can catch them... They disappear at 5 everyday (so forget it if you have work) and are not always there on Saturdays. The place is kept fairly clean, but done so by random leaf blowers and branch cutters at 6:30 in the morning. There is a pool, but during the summer months, is permanently filled with several kids, making it slightly awkward to take a dip as an adult. The apartment itself isn't horrible either, with a sizable living/dining... area, but the space is lost when it comes to the kitchen. Being unable to wash dishes (because the dishwasher works minimally) and open the stove at the same time, due to lack of space, is quite a downer.
