unprofessional and unreliable office staff, specifically Nellie and Perla. If you ever need to get in touch with the office — good luck. They rarely answer phone calls, almost never respond to emails, and they randomly close the office during regular business hours without notice.
It’s nearly impossible to get consistent communication or support from them, which makes handling even simple issues a nightmare. Whether you’re trying to ask about maintenance, lease questions, or general concerns,... you’re more likely to be ignored than helped.
For the amount residents are paying, this level of service is unacceptable. The management seriously needs to step up or be replaced

Great homes, awful management
We loved living here in the beginning — the property had potential, and the staff at the time made it feel like home. Unfortunately, that all changed once the ownership and management changed hands. What was once a well-run and welcoming community has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
The current office staff is incredibly unresponsive. Repeated calls (hundreds at this point)and emails are ignored, and we’ve been hit with steep late fees due to their own lack of... communication and delayed responses. Some days, the leasing office is completely vacant without any notice or signage — no way to contact anyone, no explanation, just locked doors.
The condition of the property has also gone downhill. Trash is often left around the grounds, and there seems to be little to no effort to maintain cleanliness or upkeep. It’s as if the new management has completely checked out.
To make matters worse, the office staff we do interact with have been consistently rude and dismissive. It’s clear that resident concerns are no longer a priority. The worst decision this property made was letting go of Mariyah and Jeff — they were professional, kind, and genuinely cared about the residents and the community. Since their departure, everything has declined.
I would not recommend moving here unless serious changes are made. What used to be a great place to live is now a headache

Love location but management sucks
I really love the apartment and the location—it’s peaceful, convenient, and the maintenance team is amazing. They’re always quick and efficient, which I really appreciate.
However, management has been frustrating to deal with. When we first toured the property, the manager was on her phone while we were asking questions, which didn’t make the best first impression. After moving in, it took over two months to receive basic things like our trash cans and gate key fob. The backyard had dog poop... left behind from the previous tenants, and the smell was awful. There were also moldy towels left in the washer, and even now the washer still smells because of it—clearly the unit wasn’t properly cleaned before we moved in.
On top of that, they don’t always update our rent on time. We were told to pay a day later to ensure we paid the correct discounted amount, but we were still charged a late fee because of it. We also have to call the office several times just to get someone to answer or respond to our questions.
With better communication, cleanliness, and organization from management, this would be an ideal place to live.

Stay away
This Community is no where near ready to be lived in. The water is always turning off for something to be "fixed" yet it will be shut off the next coming days. There was a water shut off to where residents were without water from 3:16pm until 1:09am. Then the next day they had an additional shut off scheduled from 10am-4pm. They are okay with the water being shut off because it isn't an inconvenience to them since they go home to working water. The parking is a whole other issue. There is no... assigned parking yet due to construction so the office staff park in the covered spots which leaves no parking for the actual residents. They are in a rush to get you to move in but there is no rush to make sure the actual residents are taken care of. There is a lot more than could be said but here's just a little bit.

I love it here !
I couldn’t be happier with my new place ! I was nervous when I saw a review about the water , but I have NEVER had my water shut off for any reason since I have been here . The lady’s in the office are great and the head maintenance man is so wonderful at helping with any problems, everyone walks around with a smile and makes it a super comfortable and welcoming environment!
