I’ve been staying here for about 6 months for work. I was able to get one of the furnished townhomes. The townhome is a great 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. Location is perfect for the interstate and all the bars and restaurant. Ms Rachael and Stacy have went out of their way to make my stay great. 5 stars all the way.

OG Tenant Review
I have been with Parkway since August 2022, and I have loved living here...plenty of space, appliances provided, utilities are low...also you have your own fenced in backyard! If I were to be 100% honest, the stairs are a little on the steep side, and the internet through Kinetic is spotty/sketchy...I have been through 3 different management companies as well, and have been very pleased with each of them.

Amazing housing !
I’ve lived here since March of this year. Very clean and spacious housing with your own privacy. Not really a place where you can hear what your neighbors are saying and very good location every need is literally down the road. Very nice neighborhood with lots of lights and great parking space. Maintenance is top 10!

Absolutely stunning townhouse! From the stylish appliances to the immaculate cleanliness, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The location is perfect, and the entire place had a warm, upscale feel. These townhomes are truly exceptional—one of the best I’ve experienced. Five stars all the way!

Lovely place
My fiance and I’s first place together, what a dream! Absolutely in love with the property - spacious, modern, simple, yet everything we wanted. We love having a backyard for our fur babies, it’s the perfect size for them! Not to mention a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. I love the location because we’re still close to everything, but still far enough off the road to where we don’t hear a thing. Plenty of parking for guests, and the management team is top notch! Any time we have ever... had a question or needed help with anything they were very responsive and had it done in a timely manner. Love this place!
