I rented from here for 3-4 years. They’ve changed management from chapel ridge on oak, Shiloh on oak, and now New Heights on Oak. I advise to look up all of them. Also before you SIGN the lease go walk the property around 4:30-5 pm look around the corner around the buildings. We lived with mold for numerous months. They did spray, but it came right back. There are roaches and RATS. The kids will RUIN your property whether it’s your car or on your porch. The pool key was $35? Lol. Because they... wanted to put an automatic lock on it. The pool is overran by unsupervised kids. They took out one of the playground to put in a dog park, which their dog park is a joke. They did try to upgrade a lot of these units with a fresh coats of paint and new appliances, but there is just no saving this place. I’ve had a consistent problem finding cockroaches even though they said they had pest control come over.

Also took them over a month to address my broken AC in the middle of summer. I‘ve also found mold on a poor paint job covering the corner of my room where they should have replaced the bad wood.

Garbage is overflowing constantly and trash is scattered all over the place.

They are upgrading with cheap material and upping the rent to over $300. They are charging to use their pool and fitness area. A $25 deposit a piece for access to those areas. I’ve never heard of a complex charging their residents to use their pool and fringes area. They had to buy a new door for the gate and are charging the residents for that bill. The pool just got opened but I guarantee you not many residents are going to enjoy it due to them charging. They are a money hungry company that... don’t care about the residents they just want to put money in their pockets. Oh and water and yeah you pay for it. Water also went up about $50 a month depending on the number of bedrooms you have. They charge a pest fee but don’t control the pest in the apartments like roaches spiders and rats. Everyday I wake up to dead rats. They don’t try to find the root of the problem they just bring traps and wait forever to even come do that. I was tools that they weren’t going to find the root of the problem until I move out because they aren’t trying to do anything for residents in the old apartments. Since the new owners all they’ve done is upped rent and added all these nonsense rules. They’ve been remodeling and using cheap products. Ever since this new company took over they've been making great changes to the property! They've power washed all the buildings, are working on getting us all washers and dryers, they're actually fixing our issues instead of saying to just do it yourself, it's great.
