Everyone Loves The Bowie
Super convenient location, right near the interstate. A quick drive to anywhere in NWA! Beautiful apartment homes, accessible and clean amenities. Around the clock service team. Pet friendly.

Beautiful Community!
Beautiful community! Spacious layouts, full size W/D in unit, dog park, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Easy application process. Highly recommend!

Feel at Home
This is the Best place to live in Springdale AR. I lived here for five months, nice, safe, friendly, and super clean inside and outside. I loved it The apartments themselves are very nice. The office staff are great especially Samantha. She is amazing and always ready to help. Maintenance person Alex. He is super nice, so polite and friendly. He work so quick and doing a great job to fix the problem so fast The Bowie is an amazing place to live.
