I have lived her for almost six months now. The building is very quiet and it is nice that there are more and more tenants moving in.
While the amenities are not fully finished (the second club house as well as the pickleball courts are still in progress) the pool is always open, as well as the grill stations recently being completed. The fire pit is a very nice addition, and there are always people gathered round it especially in the warmer months.
While it is a little frustrating at times... that all of the amenities are not completed you can tell that the property manager is truly working hard to get them completed. Once they are fully completed I would give 5 stars.
Whenever I have had any maintenance issues, I put in a request and I generally receive a text from the property manager acknowledging that she has seen the ticket and is working on getting someone to tend to the issue. Just the fact that they acknowledge the problem and do not let the ticket sit for days before sending someone to repair the issue is amazing. The office is very responsive which is hard to come by!

Highly recommend!!
These apartments are great! They have great options from studio to bigger styles like 2 bedroom 2 bath! I have lived here from almost a year now and have loved it. The property staff are great and very kind. They keep the tenants all well informed and take good care of us. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues as well! Overall I highly recommend the Ellington! It is a clean, safe, and fun place to live!

Love my apartment
The apartments are extremely nice; lots of closet space, nice kitchen and rooms that are a great size for apartment living. I love sitting at the firepit and pool- both areas are clean and well-maintained. I have used the meeting room and the new gas grills as well. The whole move in process was so easy thanks to Patty. She has been very helpful with anything I have needed and answered all of my questions. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to live in this community.

Beautiful property
Just moved in and is gorgeous and will be amazing when totally completed. The property manager has gone over and above to answer any questions and issues we have had. There are still quite a few kinks, but they are being working out and worked on. The non-smoking property is great and ensures we won't have to walk thru smoke to get in the building or suffer on our balcony. The firepit is really nice to sit by at night and pool is clear and gorgeous, summer will be fun.

Great Place!
Living here has truly felt like home. The staff is amazing to work with — always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with anything you need. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and has so many great amenities that make living here enjoyable and convenient. From the welcoming atmosphere to the overall community feel, it’s been a great experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable place with excellent management and amenities.
