I really enjoy living here. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to come home to. I’m conveniently close to shopping centers, which makes running errands easy and stress-free. The streets are safe and peaceful, and the community has a welcoming feel. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Over all I love it here. The location was the key factor for me. I LOVE my layout as I’m in the 2/2 with an entryway when you walk in. The only negative is the insulation as I hear everything footsteps above me and people fighting below me. That is the biggest turn off.

We love the Grafton! I didn't give 5 stars only because of the dog park still not being finished and maintenance tickets taking longer than they should to deal with. I get being short handed but they have been short handed since we moved in over a year ago.
