We love the Grafton! I didn't give 5 stars only because of the dog park still not being finished and maintenance tickets taking longer than they should to deal with. I get being short handed but they have been short handed since we moved in over a year ago.

The apartment is great! Recommended, the online process of signing a new lease and relocating here has been so swift. And all the staff are very responsive to email messages, and take care of our packages that arrive before us.

The entire management and staff have been incredible. We are excited to be apart of the community here at The Grafton! From move-in to simple maintenance we have been impressed by the professionalism and care they give to all of the residents. When you live here you will know the difference.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and main highways. The maintenance team is prompt and helpful, and the front office staff is always friendly and professional. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the community amenities like the pool and gym are well maintained. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere; it’s a peaceful place to come home to after a long day. Parking is easy and I’ve... never had any issues with safety. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, the staff responded quickly and respectfully. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to live. It’s been a great home for me!
