Over all I love it here. The location was the key factor for me. I LOVE my layout as I’m in the 2/2 with an entryway when you walk in. The only negative is the insulation as I hear everything footsteps above me and people fighting below me. That is the biggest turn off.

We love the Grafton! I didn't give 5 stars only because of the dog park still not being finished and maintenance tickets taking longer than they should to deal with. I get being short handed but they have been short handed since we moved in over a year ago.

The apartment is great! Recommended, the online process of signing a new lease and relocating here has been so swift. And all the staff are very responsive to email messages, and take care of our packages that arrive before us.
