I absolutely would NOT recommend living here. When I first moved in this apartment it had roaches, but I overlooked that because I was in need. The men neighbors are creepy and will come knocking on your door late night (3am) Tryna “get to know you” I had to invest in a ring camera. They say each apartment gets an assigned parking spot however I’ve come home more than 5x and random cars parked in my spot for more than 48 hours, I called the office, and the vehicles never got... towed away, leaving me to find a spot around the complex when I was told I was getting an assigned one. If you talk in these apartments, use the oven or even get a glass of water your Karen neighbors will tell the office you’re too loud. I moved in on a Monday at 5pm the neighbors came over THAT SAME MONDAY AT 6PM and told me I was too loud. I never had complaints before until I moved next to this Karen because I have two jobs I’m rarely home. Neighbors are very rude and will have a vendetta because they don’t like neighbors. If you don’t like neighbors that much build you a house in the country. The carpet is worn out, matted and brown. The apartment needs major upgrades. The dog owners don’t pick up behind their pets. I would specifically like to compliment Misty's (Assistant Manager) hard work in assisting my move-in; it has been one of my smoothest move-in experiences. The apartment is the cleanest place I've moved into, including all the nooks and crannies. Even the drawer under the oven was spotless, which has been missed in the every other complex I've lived in. It's been a pleasure interacting with Misty and the staff of White Oak Apartments, I'd definitely recommend the complex to my friends and... acquaintances (which I wouldn't say about every place I have lived).

The complex is a short drive to Walmart, Maumelle Blvd, the I-430 on ramps and I-40; super convenient.

The gym is well-stocked and modern compared to some apartment gyms I've seen, the landscaping crew has great taste, nights are calm and quiet. There were some issues with the gate system when I was moving in, but I haven't had an issue since. Read More

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with screened patio door. Very quiet and neighbors are nice. Plenty of natural light comes in each day...great for indoor plants! The fact that I do not have to pay extra for covered parking and washer/dryer is a plus! The manager did a great job with working me on my move in date, which was delayed due to the weather. She has also been great each time I have been in contact with her. You will not be able to put holes in the walls so order plenty of command strips..... .they are amazing! Modern amenities, high ceilings, covered parking included, friendly staff. I’ve had ZERO maintenance issues to report! Nice pool, modern and clean gym that I SHOULD be using. Reasonable utilities, 2 dog parks. I’m fortunate to have quiet, friendly, respectful neighbors. I can only hope to find something comparable when I move out of state.
