When we moved in, i used to see signs of rats, from floor chewing etc, then to Rat droppings. Not mice droppings, BUT RATS! We Contacted the office after so long they got pest in here, didnt help much. We have 3 babies and im afraid the Rats will Find their way out the walls and bite on my kids at night! We've gotten rid of a rat but im starting to see more holes & I hear noises in the walls during the day & at night! Please do not come here! !

Okay but you can find bigger for the price
Apparently they’ve recently been bought by new owners, so they DON’T cover water. Place is tiny tbh and the manager didn’t say anything about utilities not being convered until the END. Small bedrooms, tiny place period. Really could rent a house for around this much especially if you still have to pay utilities.

So far so good. Management is professional. Maintenance is super. Everything is done in a timely manner. Neighbors are nice and watch out for everyone. I love my apartment. Thanks
