It’s not a bad apartment but it’s not great either. I do see roaches every night in the kitchen. They have came to spray 3 times but it doesn’t seem to help. You also have to request them to come and spray even though there’s a pest fee included in rent. We are not nasty people as I make sure the kitchen is spotless before I go to bed every night. No dishes and swept and mopped. Still every night I come check in the middle of the night when there has been no movement and there is atleast one... baby roach just chilling in the middle of the floor. Also a few months ago they had some sewer problem and my whole apartment was flooded with sewer water for about 2 days. Ruined every single towel we had, big and small, all of our area rugs, and anything that was on the floor in our closet. We do have small children so it was definitely a health hazard. Toured apartments and moved in asap, very easy process.

I love my new home! The location is perfect and I am super close to my favorite shopping. The new manager has been so helpful and I look forward to new amenities.

You will have no AC in the summer, they’ll fix it around end of September when u don’t need it. They going up on rent to try to move the people out to renovate the apartments and charge a higher rent value, everything breaks, smells like dog poop and every where. AND VERY VERYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL

We have lived here for years, in the few months the new management has been here, we have seen a significant change in the property. The way the office staff treats you when you come in and the issues prior to new management being addressed.
