When I moved in the apartment was a mess and I was unable to move in for a few days. I am still finding things wrong and getting more annoyed with it all. I was lied to by the former office staff about things such as being able to leave valet trash can outside, a ceiling fan, not having key fobs when they did and i had to wait almost two months for it, along with a lot of other things. The only good thing is the incredible maintenance staff and how nice they are to my dogs. I hope the next staff... is better and they are more people friendly.

AMAZING! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new home to please look here first. The Representatives made it such an easy and stress free process. Sophia is so sweet, from touring the different style of apartments to answering any questions I had. I’m truly thankful and grateful to be joining such an amazing community.

It’s been good living here. The grounds are fairly well-kept, maintenance is prompt, & parking is 3rd-party enforced. The apartment is fairly quiet from outside noise, and the occasional minor incidents are well dealt with.

The only problem we ever have is with maintenance not being the best at responding to problems and our gate not working half of the time. Other than that it’s a great place to live
