The only problem we ever have is with maintenance not being the best at responding to problems and our gate not working half of the time. Other than that it’s a great place to live

Noisy neighbors since I’ve moved in. Nothing positive to say besides I have a roof over my head…… I’m ready to move. They bill you for trash monthly but every other week your trash doesn’t get picked up.

Never applied my discount for place of employment never gave me 200 off for year renewal. Try keeping your word. Try keeping the pool and gates fixed. Increased my rent 3x in 5 years. I stay for sentimental reasons but those are weakening with each new disappointment. Try keeping this set of staff. Been through more staff than I have ever seen. Used to post glowing reviews now I say nothing. Nor do I recommend you to my cohorts at the hospitals. My rent is too high and your services are... spotty. Do better.
