Never applied my discount for place of employment never gave me 200 off for year renewal. Try keeping your word. Try keeping the pool and gates fixed. Increased my rent 3x in 5 years. I stay for sentimental reasons but those are weakening with each new disappointment. Try keeping this set of staff. Been through more staff than I have ever seen. Used to post glowing reviews now I say nothing. Nor do I recommend you to my cohorts at the hospitals. My rent is too high and your services are... spotty. Do better.

I love it here. I wish there were more weights in weight room. I also wish pool was a little larger. However , this is a great community. The people are nice and the staff is awesome.

Beautiful location. Disappointed about neighbors and multiple maintenance issues. Sophia is the leasing agent who greets you when you first arrive and she's wonderful!!! Any issue I've had she listens and advises me on what to do. All the ladies in the office are professional and nice.

The experience here at rock water has been so good to me. the community is quite and peaceful.Love the gym and the pool have been going every day since i lived here.
