It's the projects! There's nothing clean or safe about this place. Move here at your own risk!

I have been here for a long time watching people quit due to the lack of funding and renters not paying rent kids out until 12 pm and people arguing constantly. This is one of those Apartments I would say stay away from if you don't like roaches(not just the small ones big ones too), lack of heat, lack of warm water, repairs not being made when asked for mice and black mold. If you do move in here please make sure to check everything and don't let them tell you they will repair it later.

Too noisy,kids stay in danger do to there parents not have commented since to think of thier instead of being a project 304
Too many fights young people die almost every other month over so mews that could be avoided it to many break ins people that should be gone break in its ridiculous seriously
