first where do i start manger is rude unprofessional have had many life threating problems and No one address them tell the manger and she dismiss you like the tenants don't pay her bills all of the workers including the manger is young weed heads the new owners who ever they is have not shown their faces and really don't care as long as you got rent money weed smoke all night long they won't take responsibility for their property

Need for New beginnings
This apartment is very spacious but along with space comes many issues that have yet to be solved, our air was out in 100° weather this summer, we began having roach problems when we got new neighbors downstairs and they rarely come and spray so I have to spend money on raid roach killer. The apt foundation is also terrible and falling apart and let's not forget the noisey neighbors! I am so ready for new beginning and would love the opportunity to gain free rent for a year so I could focus on... school and enjoyment of life like any other 21 year old, and to have an apartment that is actually decent would be amazing and I would be so grateful. My lease here is almost up so please consider me because I am in desperate need of a new beginning ?

I love my apartment, it's sits in the heart of the city, and has access to Park Plaza Mall , several great fitness facilities, too. The most important thing is that I'm only 8min away from my job. When I take my 30 min break I come home.to chill out.

Westbridge Apartments
My family currently resides in a three bedroom apartment that is very spacious, however, the neighborhood can be somewhat questionable. Management addresses our issues in a timely manner (even the emergency issues that we have had on the weekends). Although we've been there three years and have never personally had any problems, there are some minor issues such as kids sitting in the stairways, those big critters called waterbugs (that never seem to die no matter what time of the year it is),... and the fact that no one will deliver food to the area. Some good points are that it is minutes away from major freeways (430 and 630), major shopping (not far from the malls or Shackleford Crossing), and other West Little Rock experiences. If you are a single parent that is looking for a starter apartment, this may be the place for you.
