Summit of Greyer Spring wrongly evicted without notice while I was a was visiting my sick family member who is in ICU. The apartment complex allowed of my belongings be removed even when I paid my rent faithfully each month while I was out of town. This is horrifying complex to deal with and they have you by the balls with your credit rating

Enjoyed living jhere
I’ve been living at The Summit at Geyer Springs for a few months now and it’s honestly been a great experience. The renovations really make a difference — my apartment feels fresh. The staff has been helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed something fixed. The community is quiet, and I feel comfortable here

I would not recommend this place for any body
I filled out an application for this spot and it took these people 2 months to tell me that I didn't get approved and the people in the office they went 4weeks without answering there phones they kept telling me that they were going to call me and never did call me not one time I had to call them just to hear that I didn't get approved
