The management is great! Ms. Alice is the manager and is very professional. She treats residents like people not just tenants.
Maintenance team made up of Lucille and Israel are great and quick to fix any issues that come up.
All my neighbors are cool, and I’ve seen virtually no crime since living there.
During the Summer my son and I love chilling at the pool!
We also love being surrounded by the woods, with the creek.

I've been living here for 8yrs and I must say that this new management that has taken over is doing a wonderful job at much needed upgrades that were much needed. The previous management didn't do half the things that are currently being done by this new management. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent then this is the spot. The management is very professional as well as friendly and they take pride in fulfilling every residents property needs so come join the... community.

I've been here for the past 7 years and the last company that were over these apartments were not a good company at all. Since the new company took over in April of 2022 you can really tell the difference, the company and maintenance is so much better. It's always quiet morning, noon and night. The staff there is very nice, friendly.

Absolutely awful management and corporate. We loved here for a year and a half while trying to find a house. I could literally write a 50 page book on how horrible this place is. They are so overpriced for what you get. The maintenance is horrible. They will charge you for any and every possible thing. When we moved in the apartment was a complete wreck. There were nails everywhere, holes in the walls, tubs were gross, carpets were disgusting, blinds are probably from the dollar tree and were... messed up when we moved in. I promise there is somewhere better for you to live. Do not live here unless you want to pay thousands of dollars in fees that you don’t actually owe. Please trust me. This is probably the worst apartment complex in LR. There are so many other options. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
