So the management is lackluster and will charge you at every corner they can. The maintenance is horrible and they wont actually come to change anything but a simple air filter. They will "get a part number" then mark the work order as complete. The amenities have been unusable for 75% of my year and a half stay. They have no cameras on property and have no intentions of putting any up aside from the one they have in their walk in closet of a weight room. Oh, and don't use both of the treadmills... at the same time unless you're prepared for them to shut off randomly because they building cannot support that kind of electrical usage. The landscapers have no regard for personal vehicles and blow debris all over your car. It takes a week to get a car towed from an assigned parking spot. These apartments were the worst. In the entire 6 months I lived here, not one maintenance call was answered. My parking space would be occupied by a different car every day and nothing was done about it. Mold and dead insects everywhere I turned, but a nice coat of paint on the buildings is better I guess!

I've lived at The Park for a total of eleven years, in three different apartments. The location is ideal because of the proximity to downtown, and my current apartment is the most renovated I have lived in and I am happy in it. Management is the best I've dealt with. They've responded to every clogged toilet and leaky faucet with urgency. I won't rent anywhere else.

I have loved living here! They are much nicer than I expected to find within my budget as a student. Close to UAMS, in a fairly quiet area, and the grounds are really beautiful. Every apartment has only one assigned parking space, but there is also a lot of guest parking on property. Love that it's gated. These deserve all 5 stars!

I was laid off this week AND got my renewal notice for my apartments. Big shout out to #TheParkAtRiverdale when I said I don't know what I'm doing. I'm sure they can't do the same for every person, but Julianne (Mgr) was extremely kind and most gracious with giving me flexibility and understanding beyond what I could have hoped. I recommend this beautiful place to anyone in LR. Otherwise, this place is clean, friendly, beautiful, spacious, quiet when it counts - It truly looks like a park,... complete with a running stream with a small waterfall and fountains. I feel safe and have my privacy, but the pool and hot tub are a 30 second walk. Bay windows, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedroom, laminate wood living room, crown molding, garden tub, balcony.
