wants to complain about parking and gates havent worked in over 2 months. property just is maintaned. had a water leak and it took 3 days to fix it!!! a water leak!!

I’ve been a 7 year resident of this property and it’s been a wonderful stay until recently. I’ve seen management change throughout my tenure and things have remained pretty consistent, however things have changed tremendously since the new ownership and management. Sherie is wonderful and communicated effectively. Maintence used to be on point until we lost one of the staff members. The communication with the new office manager is not acceptable at all. I’m highly disappointed in how I have been... treated this past year. I’m in transition to leave this property and I don’t recommend you moving to this property unless you have no other choice.

I love Parham Pointe Apartments, I've been here nine years. Manager is great and office personnel are so nice. The apartments are kept up well and are pretty. It is a nice place to live.

The place looks great and is run by the best property manager ever to walk on this earth; her name is Dorene and she deserves an award. On my move-in day, I had so many problems (due to me being new to apartment living) and she was very helpful in overcoming these. Very clean place, gated, has pool, and has weight room. Unit is very spacious and was super easy to get electricity and cable/internet up and running. I am a UAMS medical student and this this place is great for those just like me... . Love this place, 5 stars, would recommend everytime.
