I would advise that you do NOT move here!! I have had so many problems. Hmmm they even make it hard to leave a review. And you can’t even talk to the manager, Janice. She will say anything to avoid the situation and does not answer questions.

I have to continuously remind the front office to have all maintenance workers wear shoe covers when coming to my apartment. I have to report trash and damages around my unit instead of them walking the property to inspect themselves. There is no urgency to fix, clean or inspect anything on the property.

The green space and walking areas are very nice. Even the pool and gym have great recreational areas. I think the only thing I dislike is that the wooden countertops have peeling paint; they should improve that aesthetically, as well as offer a quick solution for home maintenance issues.
