I don’t recommend it. I lived there for 3 then I moved out because the building was going downhill. Initially, the manager and the administrative team are not friendly. The front door service and security was till 9 pm then they changed to 7 pm. The building was much more clean then also it was going downhill and you can smell the dogs urine in the building stairs We had green grass and plants in the pool area they replaced the green grass with stones in the pool area and artificial grass in the... backyard area, and the plants are dry brown color. The furniture in the sharing areas are old and torn. The internet WiFi in the sharing area was broken for more than 6 months and we I moved out was not yet fixed!! They used to bring a good food and drinks during the social gathering then they replaced with cheap tortillas and bad drinks. and so many other things.

Resort Style Living
The Fitzroy Chenal is definitely the place you will want to live and all of your friends and family will want to visit. Every time I post a picture of myself or my daughter at the pool, people think I am on vacation. My apartment is very spacious, and I haven't had an issue with upkeep or noise yet. When I do have questions about things I would like fixed, it's resolved by the end of the day! The entire staff is very friendly and they all knew my and my daughter's names within the first week we... moved here. It's a very personal brand of apartment-living. I am going to move soon and there is literally no where like this place. I am going to miss having this level of service, especially for the price of rent (which includes utilities). Trash is picked up from my door five times a week and there is a compactor on my floor for days I forget. The patio area, opposite of the pool, has a lot of sitting areas and a good amount of space for running around or playing frisby/football/whatever. :) There are firepits by the pool and the patio, along with propane grills. This place is amazing and anyone living here would agree!
