The first apartment they tried to move me into was so filthy they decided to give me a completely different apartment. There were cigarettes in the window sill, roaches in the kitchen and a constant smell of weed or cigarette smoke throughout the apartment (I don't smoke). AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was supposed to move in on the Sunday, and they secretly moved my move-in date to Wednesday without letting me know, so you can imagine how it went moving from another state to AR. And the best part was calling them again to make sure about Wednesday, and still said we'll let you know when to move in.....Consider this place carefully before renting.

Well, I had to leave before the lease ends and I have paid all rent until then. However, they found someone else move in it before that time while I still own the apartment and paid all rent. These people only care about money.

Plus, The lady at the leasing office is so rude. I have lived in other apartments before these people are the worst.
You don't want to live there at all. It's a big mistake for me.

The main property manager hassle you all the time. Treats residents like criminals.
