This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with such nice neighbors. The office was so helpful to me. And maintenance is always busy taking care of everything. My dog Daisy and I love living so close to the lake.

These are right on the lake and the new upgrades are very nice. The staff has all been so friendly and helpful. Made a good choice!

I moved in here as my first apartment with a roommate who was a nightmare. The amenities were great and it’s the best place for the lowest price for a two bed and two bath. What could’ve made the whole experience better would’ve been me moving here by myself but the next best thing was Kai, the Manager in the leasing Office, who helped make everything easier for me from the start. Had a lot of issues with who I was living with but not where I was living. Can’t even thank her enough for the... patience and communication I received while my lease went up. It has gone down hill in the past year. Maintenance doesn’t fix things. Roaches have started to take over. Office staff is unresponsive to downright cruel. Don’t live here. Stay Far far away! It has become rampant in drug use, and complaints are laughed at. Nothing good here. Go somewhere else.
