We've been living here over a year and have nothing but good things to say about these apartments! It's nice and secluded next to the lake and doesn't cost a fortune. For the few times that we've had a maintenance issue, it was fixed very quickly. I've lived in many apartments over the years in multiple cities and this has definitely been the best!

I moved here in 2021. The apartments are very well kept and so quiet. Brandy does an excellent job managing the complex and submits any maintenance request in a timely manner. Maintenance is wonderful as well.

Many positives! The people who work here in management, office staff and maintenance are all top notch. The rules you agree to when you sign your lease are enforced but that is to your benefit. The complex is clean and well maintained at all times. The rent is fair and any problems you have are quickly addressed. I highly recommend Grand Point Bay Apartments!

They scam people out of application fees by telling them there available units when there really are none. Notice that they always have a unit available on the first of every month. I have applied and each time the day I apply the unit is available and the day after the units occupant decided not to move. SCAM!
