Poor management

Left with a broken ac during a heat advisory, a broken fire alarm that leaks water and goes off randomly, bugs as soon as we had moved in. Just all around not taken care of.

While being here for over a year, I have nothing but great things to say about University Park Place. The on-site management and maintenance team are very attentive, punctual, and professional. If given the opportunity, I would love to reside at Park Place again in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Super nice place to live!
