I have lived here for 5 years. If you get an upstairs apartment I hope you enjoy 78-82 degrees for about 99% of the summer. Also if anything needs fixed they'll Jerry rig it until they get tired and than will just say its working even if its not. BE CAUTIOUS OF REVIEWS THEY'VE BEEN KNOWN TO PAY FOR REVIEWS! And if they see this and get mad oh well fix you slums that you overprice

I love the flats!!!
I love living at the flats the people in the office or amazing and super understanding. Also, the dog park is very convenient and I love that the apartment was completely remodeled before we moved in.

Nice clean property management and maintenance crew very professional keepers and clean and nice and fixed safe area for all of us for all types of income nice manager Miss Lisa and Ms Darla very kind and helpful and professionally get you in fast so thankful and that's what I love about the flats apartments thanks God bless everyone at the flats apartments namaste peace love light blessings prayers God bless us all
