Is anyone else having trouble with online payments here. ????
OK, love living at Mayfair. It’s very peaceful, friendly neighbors. Everybody gets along our landlady manager and maintenance are very kind and friendly to the tenants that live here. - but I just wanna ask. Is anyone else living here at Mayfair cause I know we cannot be the only ones having trouble with the Mayfair payment portal because we’ve literally talked to the manager 3×4 times now about this and every single time that we try using the app for the portal it’s apparently the app it’s... supposed to break down how much you wanna pay in a drop list and it has never done this for us anytime we’ve tried to use the app. It always comes up and the only option that it gives is to do an automatic payment and the problem with that is every time you go into automatic payment, it doesn’t let you do automatic payment for the month you’re in. It will automatically select the month after which would make your rent late and we’ve been told you know several times and our email say you can split up rent this way if you’re having a hard time paying rent which who can afford to today he’s economy and rent goes up $100 every single year for the last three years I mean it’s getting outrageous and I know I’ve known several people here that have had to give up their cars vehicles you know spending half the money that they do on food just to afford rent so my question is how are you guys figuring out how to get this app to get to an amount that you can actually enter and just pay what you put into the system because it’s never done that for us and we’ve tried using the app four times we’ve even taken the phone to show the landlady that it’s not working. —— and I mean, does anybody else know a better way to pay rent because most apartment complexes nowadays have a credit machine and the residence don’t even have to go to the manager or landlord to pay rent the renters actually walk-in there’s a computer right beside the machine the tenants actually sit at it type in or pull up their apartment which number it is and then they take their card and slide it and it automatically pays the rent and it’s so much easier and faster because it even takes out the landlord or landlady having to take time to deal with the tenants and the tenants can actually pay their rent themselves like all they have to do is go to the machine —- cause there has to be an easier way than this to pay rent and there has to be a way to use a debit or credit card to pay rent

Angry Review
We have lived at MayFair for years - when we first moved in things were great but now the Landlord recently semi - retired and decided to work less hours - and Maintenance and the owners have gotten more relaxed and lazy about getting things done for their tenants .
We recently had a power outage the owners did not know if the outage was inside the apartment or outside - I have lived at other Apt complexes and if a tenant had an outage especially in winter - ... the owners worked around the clock to get it fixed -
we were without power for 5 days - on the last day No Heat or Air -
I missed 3 days work to be at my apartment to answer power/electric questions and deal with the power company ( OG & E ) myself and needed a work excuse to go back to work - the landlord told me she was to busy to write one but yet she was in her office and was outside smoking ! - the letter would have taken 5 minutes at most ! Is this really the way Landlords treat their tenants ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
