Do not rent here. Just don't. The community director is holier than thou and doesn't care about her residents. AT ALL. I've never met a more snarky woman. Ive found roaches in my apartments and the place always reeks of weed from neighbors. People speed through so it's unsafe for children. The management makes it unbearable. Maintenance will just walk into your house unannounced. They will give you an appointment, and show up six days later with an attitude. They will put bright red notices on your door for anything. Selective enforcement on all the rules. Attitude and drama from the office.

I have lived here 3 months. After the first month I realized the people above me are cooking drugs. I went to management & they said they can't do anything about it. I told them it's 100 degrees & they have all 3 windows open 24/7. The toxic chemicals, abuse to the apartment, abuse to the A/C unit & the danger to the other residents should be enough to go knock on the door. I'm starting to get sick from the toxic smell. I know I should move but they will still be here for the next residents. And... the next ones could have kids. I left a message with Fayetteville PD & no one has called me back. The management was rude and ignorant from the first day, but we didn't have much time to look for another place and already paid the application fee $30 for each adult.

Don’t live here. Not safe.
I never write reviews. I had someone or multiple people write in the frost and dew or whatever they could very vulgar things on my car. I brought it to the attention of the apartment complex and since there is no security in the parking lots they and the police couldn’t do anything. As a female living alone it’s dark and unsafe. The apartment complex basically said it was my fault this happened because I didn’t check the security at night for myself when I rented... there.
Someone wrote on my car 4 times.

The management is terrible. Not helpful. Charging me full rent plus some to get out of my lease because I don’t feel safe living there due to their lack of safety.
